To maintain absolute clarity, responsibilities are divided as follows before any campaign may commence:

• Client Responsibilities: The client business retains complete editorial approval over all offers, promotional content, and message wording. The client is solely responsible for answering customer and clinical questions, verifying recipient eligibility/consent, handling inbound inquiries, and delivering all services, treatments, or care.
• High Guard Systems Responsibilities: High Guard Systems assists with strategy, audience segmentation recommendations, sequence drafting, and approved technical campaign execution.

For qualifying businesses, High Guard Systems may offer a no-upfront-fee pilot. The scope, costs, tracking mechanisms, performance metrics, and payment terms are agreed upon in writing before any campaign begins.

We do not describe paid campaigns as free, risk-free, or guaranteed. No campaign will run without prior written mutual approval.

High Guard Systems LLC does not promise or guarantee specific revenue, booking rates, appointment volumes, or conversion percentages. Campaign results depend on numerous variables outside our control, including your business's reputation, list age and quality, offer appeal, pricing, geographic market, and your staff's responsiveness to replies.

The following terms govern any SMS or MMS text messages sent by High Guard Systems LLC to individuals who voluntarily opt in through our website or direct business communications:
